§ 116.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   EVENT COORDINATOR. The designated individual having management authority or supervision of the event.

   SPECIAL EVENT. A temporary cultural, community, or entertainment event, including, but not limited to, fundraising activities by not- for-profit organizations, walks, runs, bike events, concerts, carnivals, ceremonies, shows, exhibitions, and art festivals.

   TOWN AUTHORIZED EVENT. An event processed and permitted as described in § 116.02.

   TOWN SPONSORED EVENT. An event associated with, permitted, and controlled by the Town of Cicero as described in § 116.02.
