§ 32.37 FACADE IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Facade Improvement Fund.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby ordered to create a separate fund to receive transfers for the Facade Improvement Fund.
   (C)   This fund is a perpetual fund and is non-reverting at the end of the year.
