(A) Within 15 days after the Stormwater Board taking action to abate a violation, the owner or party in possession of the property will be notified of the cost of abatement, including administrative costs incurred in curing the violation.
(B) Within ten days, the property owner may file a written protest to the Stormwater Board, objecting to the amount of the assessment.
(C) If the amount due is not paid within 30 days of the decision of the Stormwater Board, or by the expiration of the time in which to file an appeal, the town may file a civil action to collect the costs, plus interest and reasonable attorney’s fees.
