   (A)   Generally. No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed greater than is posted or listed hereinafter upon or along the following named public streets of the town:

   (B)   Speed limit for railroads. It shall be unlawful for any railroad or railroad company or corporation, by its officers or agents, to move, run or propel or cause to be moved, run or propelled, any railroad locomotive, cars or train at a greater rate of speed than ten miles an hour within the corporate limit of the town. (Ord. 3-27-84, passed 3-27-84)

   (C)   Penalty.

      (1)   Whoever violates division (A) above shall be fined no more than $500 for each offense. Each incident observed by a law enforcement officer shall be deemed to be a separate violation.

      (2)   Whoever violates division (B) above shall be fined not more than $100.
