The Town of Cicero, Indiana, Personnel Policies Handbook, enacted by the town as Ord. 12-15-2009-3, passed 12-15-09, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein. Copies are on file in the office of the Clerk- Treasurer for public inspection during regular office hours.
