§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   In addition to, or in the alternative to, a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates § 50.28 or § 50.29.
      (2)   Any user who violates § 50.29 or § 50.30 shall be subject to a fine in an amount of $50 for the first violation, payable at the Cicero Town Hall. Each day thereafter that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each separate offense may be punishable by a fine not more than $2,500.
   (C)   If a user disputes the appropriateness of a disconnect notice issued to the user, the user has the right to request a hearing before the Cicero Board of Public Works during which the user may be represented in person and by counsel or by any other person of the user’s choosing. At this hearing, the user may present orally or in writing the user’s complaint and contentions. The hearing must be requested in writing within seven business days after the date of the disconnect notice by submission to: Town of Cicero, Board of Public Works, 150 W. Jackson Street Cicero, IN 46034.
