§ 94.30 UNIFORM STANDARDS.
   (A)   The owner of any residential building, commercial building, apartment building or mobile home shall cause the proper address number of such building to be placed and continuously maintained in a conspicuous place on or in front of such building, facing the street to which the building is addressed, and on any postal mailbox associated with that property.
   (B)   The minimum height requirement for any address number is four inches. All street addresses shall contrast to the color of the surface on which they are mounted.
   (C)   Any apartment complex is required to have the number of each individual unit displayed on or above that unit's primary entry door.
   (D)   Any person or entity whom, for whatever reason, is unable to comply with the terms and provisions of this section may file and seek a variance from the Town Council.
   (E)   Any person or party who violates any of the terms, provisions and conditions of this section may be fined $100, with each day constituting a new and separate violation.
