§ 33.30 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW BY REFERENCE.
   Any member of the Police Department hired after April 30, 1977 shall be governed by I.C. 36-8- 8-1 et. seq. adopted by reference and incorporated as part of this subchapter as if fully set out at length herein.
