In the event that a building is to be moved into the town from outside the corporation limits, all provisions of this chapter shall apply except for the requirement of the consent of the landowner at the prior location. In the event that a building is to be moved out of the town, all provisions of this chapter shall apply, including the consent of the destination owner.
