§ 150A.05 AREA BENEATH BUILDING TO BE CLOSED TO ACCESS BY PUBLIC.
During any period when a building has been removed from its foundation but not reattached to a foundation, the applicant shall keep the area beneath the building closed to access by fence or other barrier sufficient to prevent children or adults from passage, except during moving or during working hours when workmen are actually present and working beneath the building. The failure to maintain or replace such fence or barrier as prescribed herein after notice from the Building Commissioner that such fence or barrier must be repaired or replaced shall void the permit without further notice.
