§ 150A.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUILDING. Any dwelling house, commercial structure, or other structure the construction, erection or location of which would require the issuance of a building permit.
   FOUNDATION. The supporting structure under a building, including footings, slab, or foundation construction.
