§ 150.23 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS.
   (A)   The Construction Standard Specifications and Detailed Drawings dated February 18, 2010, are hereby adopted in their entirety and shall serve from and after the passage of this section as the Construction Standards of the town.
   (B)   Upon the passage of this section, all prior Construction Standards adopted by the town prior to this 18th day of May, 2010, are hereby repealed.
   (C)   Wherever traffic control devices are required in the Construction Standards, the Chief of Police shall determine the character of all official traffic control devices in the town, when and as required in the Construction Standards as well as in § 70.16, and may place and maintain such additional traffic control devices as the Chief of Police may deem necessary. All traffic control devices shall be the same general type, and all such traffic devices employed to indicate one particular warning or regulation shall be uniform and, as far as possible, shall be placed uniformly.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this section and the Standard Specifications and Detailed Drawings dated February 18, 2010, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $2,500 per day. A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to the foregoing, the town is empowered to obtain a restraining order and/or a permanent injunction against any person, firm, corporation or any other entity who shall be in violation of this section. This section shall become effective 30 days after its adoption and passage by the Town Council.
