§ 150.20 ENFORCEMENT OF BUILDING STANDARDS; STATE LAW ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   (A)   Indiana Code Title 36, Article 7, Chapter 9, Enforcement of Building Standards, is hereby adopted in its entirety.

   (B)   For the purpose of this division the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

      (1)   DEPARTMENT or ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. The Building Commissioner.

      (2)   HEARING AUTHORITY. The Cicero Town Council.

      (3)   SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST. Definition stated in I.C. 36-7-9-2.

   (C)   Any changes or amendments made by the Indiana Legislature in I.C. 36-7-9 shall automatically be adopted herein unless this section is amended otherwise.
