(A) A permit shall be obtained before beginning construction, alteration or repair of any building or structure, the cost of which exceeds $500, using forms furnished by the Building Commissioner, and all fees required by this code shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer. (B) It shall be the sole responsibility of any person applying for building permits to become fully aware and cognizant of the provisions of the Cicero Subdivision Control Ordinance of April 16, 1991 insofar as it may effect, control or restrict construction, building, alteration and/or relocating any structures. Any such permittee shall be solely responsible for full compliance and any consequences flowing from any non-compliance. (Ord. 11-6-91-5, passed 12-17-91)
