§ 113.05 TAXICAB STAND.
   At the time of issuing the license, the Town Council President or other appropriate town officer shall designate a regular parking space for the taxicab or taxicabs, and he may prescribe rules for usage of this stand suitable to applicant's business and agreeable with the public convenience and welfare.
