§ 95.06 REQUISITION OF EMERGENCY SUPPLIES.
   (A)   The Town Council or such of its members as are available may authorize the requisition of such emergency supplies as may from time to time be needed as a matter of public necessity including, but not limited to fuel, food, and the like.
   (B)   Should no Town Councilmember be available, the highest-ranking member of the Fire or Police Department available may requisition such emergency supplies as set forth hereinabove, after first making a written record on the log of the Police or Fire Department stating:
      (1)   The date and time.
      (2)   The reason for emergency action under this chapter.
      (3)   The effort made to locate one or more members of the Town Council.
      (4)   The supplies to be requisitioned and the name and address of the person from whom requisitioned.
      (5)   The approximate value of the supplies to be taken, if known.
