§ 95.05 PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED.

All personnel of the town and all government officials of the town shall follow the procedures set forth in the "HAZ-MAT Emergency Pre-Plan" as from time to time amended in the event of any emergency situation contemplated by said plan.
