§ 95.02 TITLE OF PLAN.
   The title of this contingency plan shall be the "HAZ-MAT Emergency Pre-Plan 1987." A copy of said plan shall be on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, in the office of the Police Chief and in the office of the Fire Chief at all times and shall be available for public inspection at all reasonable times.
