§ 95.01 PREPARATION, FILING OF CONTINGENCY RESPONSE PLAN.

The Chief of the Police Department and the Chief of the Fire Department are ordered to prepare and file in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer a contingency response plan to assist town emergency personnel to respond properly to natural and man-made emergencies which may occur from time to time within the town.
