(A) Any person, firm, corporation, or any other entity who shall be in violation of § 94.01 or any amendment thereto, commits a class A infraction and may be punished therefor by a court of competent jurisdiction. Each day an entry or cut is made, or maintained, into or onto any street, alley or other public way, within the town without the issuance of a proper permit under this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, and each separate offense shall subject the violator to a separate fine as provided herein. (B) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues. ('84 Code, § 94.99)
(C) (1) Any person, firm, corporation or any other entity which violates any term, provision, or condition of § 94.07, shall upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $10 and a maximum fine of $2,500 and costs, with each day that the violation continues being a separate offense which shall subject the violator to a separate fine.
(2) In addition to the foregoing, the town is empowered to obtain a restraining order and/or a permanent injunction against any person, firm, corporation or any other entity who shall be in violation of this section.
(D) (1) Any person, partnership, corporation or other legal entity who violates the provisions of § 94.24 commits an infraction, and may be fined up to $200 plus court costs for the first violation, up to $500 plus court costs for the second violation, and up to $2,500 plus court costs for the third and all subsequent violations.
(2) Each day shall constitute a separate violation.
