The town shall owe no duty of care to keep the roads, streets, alleys or other public ways safe for entry or use by persons operating, using or riding in snowmobiles or other off-road vehicles, or to give any warning of a dangerous condition, use, structure, or activity on such highways, streets, alleys or other public ways.
