Except to the extent modified by the specific terms and provisions of this chapter, the provisions of I.C. 14-15 et seq. and I.C. 14-16 et seq., that are permitted to be incorporated into this chapter are hereby fully incorporated by reference. The law enforcement officers of the town shall enforce this chapter which regulates and governs the use and operation of snowmobiles or off-road vehicles.
