§ 71.31 REVOCATION OF PERMIT; APPEAL PROCEDURE.

(A) The Chief of Police shall have the authority to revoke a parade permit issued hereunder on application of the standards for issuance as herein set forth. ('84 Code, § 71.31)

(B) Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the revocation of a parade permit to the Town Council. The appeal shall be taken within 30 days after notice. The Town Council shall act on the appeal within 30 days after its receipt.
