§ 71.25 APPEAL PROCEDURE WHEN PERMIT DENIED.
   Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the Town Council. The appeal shall be taken within 30 days after notice. The Town Council shall act on the appeal within 30 days after its receipt.
