There are hereby created and established three districts within the town, such districts to be named and described as follows:
(A) District #1 which is hereby defined and described as follows: District #1 includes all the incorporated area south of 236th Street and west of Morse Reservoir. It continues east on 236th Street to the intersection of 236th Street and the railroad track. Then southwesterly along the railroad track to the intersection of the railroad track and the corporation line. Then west on the corporation line to Stringtown Pike. Then north on Stringtown Pike to the intersection of Stringtown Pike and the West Brinton Street. Then east on West Brinton Street to the intersection of West Brinton Street and Pearl Street. Then north on Pearl Street to the intersection of Pearl Street and West Neal Street. Then east on West Neal Street to the intersection of West Neal Street and Washington Street. Then north on Washington Street until the intersection of Washington Street and Buckeye Street. Then west of Buckeye Street to the intersection of Buckeye Street and Main Street/Stringtown Pike. Then west from the intersection of Buckeye Street and Main Street/Stringtown Pike along the southern border of Parcel #05-06-01-02-15-001.003 to the intersection of the southern border of Parcel #05-06-01-02-15-001.003. Then north along the eastern shoreline of Morse Reservoir to the intersection of the eastern shoreline of Morse Reservoir and West Jackson Street. Then west of West Jackson Street to the point of beginning.
(B) District #2 which is hereby defined and described as follows: District #2 begins at the intersection of West Buckeye Street and Main Street/Stringtown Pike. Then east on Buckeye Street to the intersection of Buckeye Street and Washington Street. Then south on Washington Street to the intersection of Washington Street and West Neal Street. Then west on West Neal Street to the intersection of West Neal Street and Pearl Street. Then south on Pearl Street to the intersection of Pearl Street and West Brinton Street. Then west on West Brinton Street to the intersection of West Brinton Street and Main Street/Stringtown Pile. Then south along Stringtown Pike to the intersection of Stringtown Pike and Bayswater Lane. Then south along the corporation line to 216th Street. Then west on 216th Street to the corporation line. Then north along the eastern shoreline of Morse Reservoir to the southern border of Parcel #05-06-01-02-15-001.003. Then east along the southern border of Parcel #05-06-01-02-15-001.003 to the point of beginning.
(C) District #3 which is hereby defined and described as follows: District #3 includes all of the incorporated area north of 236th Street along with the area south of 236th Street and east of the Railroad line.
