§ 30.01 DESIGNATION OF LEGISLATIVE BODY AND TOWN EXECUTIVE.
   The Town Council elected under I.C. 3-10-6 or 3-10-7 is the town legislative body. The President of the Town Council selected under § 30.06 of this chapter is the town executive.
