   This chapter is made by the Town of Cicero pursuant to the authority granted it by I.C. 36-1-6-2, I.C. 36-1-6-4, I.C. 36-8-2-4, I.C. 36-8-2-10, I.C. 36-5-2-9, and I.C. 36-5-4-11.
