(A) Backup valves shall have cast iron, ABS or PVC plastic or brass bodies, noncorrosive bearings, seats and self-aligning discs, and shall be so constructed as to insure a positive mechanical seal and to remain closed except when discharging wastes.
(B) Any sewer that depends on a lift station as may be determined by the Building Commissioner.
