Any pumping station that is proposed to be utilized as part of a public sewer shall not be built or installed unless the pumping station is approved by the Town Engineer. In granting approval for all pumping stations, the Town Engineer shall be guided and directed by the technical specifications for concrete submersible pumping stations and wet well mount pumps stations that are adopted as a part of this subchapter and detained by the Town Board. The specifications attached to this subchapter may be amended from time to time in the discretion of the Town Board by a motion made and approved by a majority of the Town Board.
