§ 51.05 PRIOR AGREEMENT.

This subchapter shall in no way affect developers or owners or users of the town sewage facility who have heretofore entered into agreements with the town for the extension of town sewage facilities which are to be, or have been, dedicated to the town and constructed by the developer.
