§ 50.05 JURISDICTION OVER UTILITIES.
   The town by majority vote of the members of the Town Council resolve and ordain that the utilities of the town shall henceforth pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-3-9.1 no longer be under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
