Upon call by the mayor or one-half (1/2) plus one of the members of the city council, the city clerk shall give written notice to the mayor and full council of a special meeting, specifying the date, time, place and object thereof. Members of the city council may waive prior written notice of a special meeting in writing, and a member's participation in such meeting shall constitute a waiver of prior notice. (Ord. 203 §2, 1979)
