Open land on the same lot with a structure.
A. Front yard: The space extended straight across the full width of the lot adjacent to the front street line, except where the "side yard" overlaps.
B. Rear yard: The space extending straight across the full width of the lot adjacent to the rear lot line, except where the "side yard" overlaps.
C. Side yard: The space extending from the front yard line to the rear yard line between the side lot line and the nearest wall of the principal structure.
D. Yard setback: The distance from the nearest wall of the principal structure to the front street line, rear lot line or side lot line, as indicated by the context.
E. Yard width: Distance between side lot lines at the required structure front yard setback line. (Ord. 620 § 1, 2006; amd. Ord. 822, 2021)
