PENDING ORDINANCES
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCES NO. 809 AND 810
Ordinance Number 809 of the City of Chubbuck, a municipal corporation of the state of Idaho, providing for change of land use district with respect to certain lands within the city boundaries from Limited Residential (R-2) to General Commercial (C-2) for approximately .4 acres of land at the Northwest corner of East Linden Ave. and Burley Drive acquired by the City and the Chubbuck Development Authority as part of the City Hall Downtown Process; and
Ordinance Number 810 providing for change of land use district with respect to certain lands within the city boundaries from Limited Residential (R-2) to General Commercial (C-2) generally located at 4520 and 4522 Burley Drive; declaring that the city council finds that such changes in land use pattern are consistent with those prescribed by the city's comprehensive plan; providing that both of these ordinances shall be in effect after its passage, approval and publication.
