5.28.090: HOURS OF OPERATION:
No licensee or licensor's agents or employees shall perform or offer to perform massage or massage therapy between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of the following day. (Ord. 383 §1, 1992)
