18.06.290: SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS:
A business which derives more than five percent (5%) of its gross income from selling or renting any of the materials described in Idaho Code sections 18-4101 or 18-1514, or is classified as a sexually oriented business per Title 5.36.030 of City code. (Ord. 822, 2021; amd. Ord. 846 § 4, 2022)
