Any location where junk, waste or discarded, dismantled or salvaged materials are not being restored to operation, but excluding animal products, are stored, handled, crushed, processed, recycled or further dismantled or salvaged for reprocessing but which items are not held on site for periods exceeding sixty (60) days and are not held for resale at the location but are sold to third parties off site.
