A. Hobby Kennels: Any location other than a veterinary hospital and a commercial kennel where three (3) or more dogs over four (4) months of age are kept.
B. Commercial Kennels:
1. Any location where one or more female dogs are kept primarily for breeding and the offspring thereof are sold for profit, and
2. Any location other than a veterinary hospital, where dogs are received for boarding and/or care. (Ord. 620 § 1, 2006; amd. Ord. 822, 2021)
