18.04.040: SCOPE:
This title governs the use of land, for economic activities and for other purposes, at any location within the corporate limits of the city, or within any area over which the city exercises control pursuant to Idaho Code or pursuant to agreement with other governing bodies as authorized by Idaho Code. (Ord. 241 §1-4, 1983)
