1.12.030: INFRACTION:
Any person violating any ordinance, the violation of which constitutes an infraction, shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable by a penalty not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no imprisonment. (Ord. 309 §1, 1988)
