The public works director shall recommend a schedule of reasonable fees for inspections. The city council shall, by resolution adopt such schedule or any amendment thereto. The adopted schedule shall be published at least once in the official newspaper of the city and posted in the city offices. The developer and builder shall be jointly responsible for payment of fees set forth in a duly adopted schedule. (Ord. 754, 2016)
