16.08.030: COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
"Comprehensive plan" means a plan with maps, charts and reports, together with any amendments thereto, adopted by the city council in compliance with the local planning act of 1975 set forth in the state code. (Ord. 207 §1-5(B), 1979)
