   C.   Signage: The main frequency boosting equipment must have an easily readable sign with two inch (2") letters that states:
Chubbuck Fire Department requires this Emergency Equipment to remain operational at all times.
   D.   Occupancy Changes: When modifications are made to any of the aforementioned buildings that require a building permit, the original amplification system shall be recertified for the entire structure in question by the owner/contractor as stated in subsection A, "Initial Acceptance Tests", of this section. The owner of the building shall contact the Chubbuck fire department to request a recertification. (Ord. 607 §2, 2006)
