15.04.090: FEES AND METHOD OF DETERMINING COST OF CONSTRUCTION:
The valuation of construction costs for building permits and services related to this chapter shall be reviewed periodically by the City Council. The fees for permits hereunder shall be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council based upon the cost of construction. (Ord. 717, 2012; amd. Ord. 828, 2021)
