15.04.080: NOTIFICATION OF BUILDING DEPARTMENT:
The city fire department and police department shall notify the city building department of any damage to any habitable structure within the city. Upon such notification, the building department shall make an assessment to the extent of the damage and whether the building may continue to be used with repairs or whether condemnation is required. (Ord. 481 §2, 1998)
