15.04.060: HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY:
If an existing structure is being repaired or being remodeled, the structure shall be updated to comply with CABO/ANSI A 117.1-1992 standards (handicapped accessibility code which provisions are incorporated by reference) for any bathroom being remodeled or if twenty five percent (25%) or more of the existing structure's value is being spent on the repair or remodel. (Ord. 481 §2, 1998)
