10.08.060: LIMITATION UPON OPERATION OF VEHICLES:
It is unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for any person to operate any type of vehicle upon any public property other than vehicular thoroughfares or parking lots, or to operate a vehicle upon the private property of a person other than the person to whom the vehicle belongs, without permission. (Ord. 185 §4(F), 1977)
