Alpine Avenue is designated as a minor arterial street in conformity with the comprehensive plan adopted by the city. Parking is prohibited on sections of Alpine Avenue that border the following described property:

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, block 4
Lot 10, block 1
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, block 3
Lot 7, block 5
Parking will be restricted on the following property at such time in the future as the city council deems traffic heavy enough to warrant no parking on Alpine Avenue where it borders the following described property:
Country Acres subdivision
Lots 1 and 2, block 1
Lot 1, block 2
