10.04.030: RIGHT OF WAY:
It is unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle on any street right of way, including that portion off the roadway, other than in the direction of lawful traffic movement, except that this provision shall not prohibit angle parking on property adjoining the street right of way. (Ord. 215 §3, 1980)
