10.04.020: ROADWAY:
It is unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle in a roadway, outside the traveled portion, other than parallel with the edge or curb of the roadway, headed in the direction of lawful traffic movement and with the edge or curbside wheels of the vehicle within twelve inches (12") of the edge or curb of the roadway, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. (Ord. 215 §2, 1980)
